“Gillis Gilkerson, Inc. (GGI) has been a pleasure to deal with in the additions and renovations performed on our building. They have approached this whole project with the philosophy of not just getting the job done, but to gain a satisfied customer in the process. Our building expansion project was the first in 12 years. GGI could easily have taken the all-too common viewpoint that we would not be in need of their services for another 12 years. However, they acted and executed daily in a manner that demonstrated that they definitely believe in the long-term nature of their business just as we do.
Our project involved increasing our floor space from 150,000 square foot to 165,000 square foot. This included a new addition annexed to the front of the building with first class office space. In addition, internal renovations included adding many more offices, conference rooms, training rooms, employee areas, etc. The quality of the construction in general was excellent, and we can truly say that we are very proud of our new facility.”
